Wow, don’t you have expensive taste in fonts! If you pay $339 for Frutiger, $265 for Adobe Optima, $492 for Adobe Futura, and $1874 for the Lexicon No. 1 ADF Bundle, these will add up to an extortionate total of $2,970. If I may, I’d like to suggest an alternative that will still look like a million bucks, but save you a ton of money.
Believe it or not, these fonts are free to download from a website called DaFont. In addition to the fonts I’ve just shown you, I also use trusty, “comfortable” serif and sans-serif fonts for my everyday designing projects. My favorite sans-serif font is Caviar Dreams, because it’s slick, thin, and sophisticated-looking. Doesn’t it remind you of the Calvin Klein logo? My favorite serif font is OldStyle, because it reminds me of an old typewriter or a vintage edition Shakespeare play. It’s simple, yet charming and wise-looking. Don’t you agree?
