Who am I?

My name is Eric Redeker and I am a Senior at Trinity University. I am majoring in Communication and minoring in Sport Management. I also work as an intern at San Antonio Sports. I would like to eventually get a job there once I graduate from college.

When I first came to college, I was very much into sports and video games. I was on the golf team my freshman and sophomore year at Trinity and was on the top five both years. However, sports would slowly take a back seat to some other passions of mine. I decided to leave the golf team so that I could focus on my grades and to see what else I was interested in.

Once I left the golf team, I started to teach myself how to play the guitar. I picked it up rather quickly and within a year I was starting to write songs with one of my friends. Ever since this, music has been a major part of my life. I really started to listen to electronic music around this time as well. I dove head first into the electronic music scene. I am very passionate about this style of music and have started to write and produce it myself. I have also started DJing which is a great way to get my name out into the world.I get the chance to play at clubs such as Limelight in Houston, but as for right now it is only a hobby of mine that I spend countless hours on.

I am a very tech-savy person. I rely a lot on electronics to get me through every day life. My passion relies on software and technology that is still very new. I am excited to see the kinds of technology that I will be able to use ten or fifteen years in the future as well. I have been a hardcore gamer for a long time as well and learning about code is something that really interests me so I feel that web design will be quite interesting.
